Audi Activation at the Dallas Art Museum
Audi approached the agency I was working for regarding an activation of their new car model outside the Dallas Art Museum. I was tasked with managing the client relationship and also brainstorming how we could create a memorable experience for visitors visiting the museum. It also needed to translate into something elegant at night for an Audi employee event hosting their president. After several iterations and models, we decided to create lit LED pillars with mirrored sides to complement the striking car design and also light the product at night.

Conceived to commemorate the museum's anniversary, the design reflected Audi's sleek aesthetics with the museum's vibrant cultural backdrop. Intentional spatial planning invited guests to engage with both the vehicle displays and the art installations, fostering a dialogue between contemporary design and traditional artistry. Every detail, from lighting to signage, was meticulously crafted to reflect Audi's brand identity while honoring the museum's legacy, resulting in a dynamic celebration that captivated attendees and elevated the event's purpose.

Adobe Photoshop serves as a powerful tool in my workflow for illustrating initial sketches, enabling me to refine ideas and present them visually to clients in real time. This process is complemented by my proficiency with Sketchup, which allows me to transform these drawings into intricate three-dimensional models. This combination of skills not only enhances the creative brainstorming sessions with clients but also facilitates their active participation as I sketch in front of them. By blending immediate feedback with detailed rendered plans, I provide clients with a comprehensive understanding of event decor concepts, ensuring their vision is fully realized and effectively communicated.

I interfaced directly with the marketing team at Audi in order to understand their creative vision and ensure that every step in the project was communicated clearly.
